New Website
It took us longer than anticipated to get there but we have finally developed the website to a point where it was possible to go live, albeit with a few bugs to iron out and content a little thin on the ground.
The site is a continious work in progress so expect to see lots of fixes and improvements over the coming weeks and months. There is a bug in our code for displaying the links in right hand column which means that sometimes links are duplicated or they do not appear at all. Its not a huge concern but we are aware of it and will fix it in due course.
The other issue is a bug in internet explorer so it wont affect you if you're using a standards compliant browser. If you are then you currently wont be seeing the quotes bar at the top of the screen and some divs will be split down the middle and/or not centered on the page correctly. We will try to sort this out ASAP but in the mean time, do yourself a favour and download a real web browser. You can't go too far wrong with firefox.
Once the bug fixes are out of the way the first thing earmarked for improvement is the video page. We're going to remove the embedded youtube videos as they slow down page loading too much and replace them with static images which link to a separate page for playing each video. This should also speed up the other pages which display the recent videos in the side bar.
