Devon Parkour ran a series of freerunning workshops at Xpress '10 festival of extreme sports & expressive arts. Plymouth based LIFE Video productions (http://www.lifevideoproductions.co.uk/) filmed the day's events and produced a promotional video featuring the best of what went on.
