Heal Faster Using Heat and Ice!
No doubt you are aware of the benefits of cooling an injury with ice as a means to aid the healing process in the early stages but what about heat? Chances are you have heard that this can be good too, but many people are left confused as to what should be used in each situation and when it is best applied.

Health - Perception - Belief - Reality
To what degree is our health determined by our perceptions of reality, rather than reality itself? When we are ill, is it because we had no other alternative or has it only happened because we believed it to be so?

RICE For Faster Recovery From Injury
The actions you take immediately following an injury and during the 24 to 48 hour period that follows can have a significant effect on the overall healing time. Zomblies Filming - We Qualified!
Just recieved a phone call in the last 10 minutes from Zomblies HQ; all the freerunners who attended the auditions last sunday have been invited to the filming in Devon; starting Sunday 6th July to Saturday 12th.

Zomblies Auditions
A few months ago a local film production company got in touch with all the highly experienced parkour/freerunning groups from the Westcountry as well as a few select teams and individuals from further afield. We were invited to apply to take part in a 30 minute action movie about zombies and that was about as much detail we were given. The only thing we knew was the reason we had been approached for this part because what ever the director had in mind was beyond the physical ability of the majority of 'normal actors'.

5 Ways to Improve Your Tricks
Here are five simple things you can do to make your tricks higher, faster and more consistent.

Overcoming Fear
Overcoming fear is fundamental to the practice of Parkour/Streetstunts and the degree to which this skill is mastered determines how rapidly one is able to progress. Despite this factor being so crucial to success, many people struggle when it comes to learning new techniques, especially when these moves are very different to what they have learnt already.

Inspiration
Whether your interest lies in parkour, tricking, street stunts, or martial arts, something that unites us all is the constant drive for progression: the inner force that pushes us each day to be that much better than the last, to challenge ourselves, face our fears and produce results that are beyond even our wildest imagination.

Happy New Year!
Another year has passed and a new one has begun; now is the time for reflection over the previous 12 months and of course everyone is now talking new years resolutions, so what's yours ? Maybe you have already got a clear vision of how you wish to improve yourself this year or maybe you still need to decide.

New Website
It took us longer than anticipated to get there but we have finally developed the website to a point where it was possible to go live, albeit with a few bugs to iron out and content a little thin on the ground.

Parkour in Decline?
Perhaps this is a slight over reaction but there are an increasing number of people who have all noticed the same thing; interest in parkour/freerun in the UK seems to be falling. This time of year traditionally saw forum activity peak as everyone is stuck indoors but compared to previous years all the major freerun forums and most of the smaller ones are almost dead.

Product Review :: Urban Tool Sports Holster
Those of you who have been practicing parkour for any length of time will at some point have faced the dilemma of what to do with your keys/phone/wallet when you go out training. The usual options are to either leave it all at home, hide it somewhere in town and hope it doesn’t get stolen or put it in your pocket and hope it doesn’t fall out. Until recently the only alternative was carry a big bulky backpack but now a small Austrian company has revealed a better solution.
