These are three really interesting articles I'd like to share

How to become an early riser part I

How to become an early riser part II

How to get up right away when your alarm goes off

Take some time to read them, they're very interesting and worthwhile.

After being shown these by Dom late 2005, I started getting up at 6.00am most mornings, but then stopped because I became lazy and It hadn't become habit for me to continue doing it, and I really miss it. Now having re-read the articles, I am now inspired to start it again.

I just though I should share them with the people here :) [/url]

Yarrr, I really need to get back into that. Once the summer holidays started and I was working until late at night and had no sort of routine the whole early rising thing went out the window.

I have been getting up early most days since being back at uni but I need to do it enough so it becomes automatic again.

F**k it - i'm going to bed now & will be up at 6 tomorrow!

I need sleep, my alarm is set for 5.40, I get up on that first buzz. Normaly, if I've been out drinking on a friday I normaly go 36 hours without sleep.

I adverage at 6 hours sleep a night.

I know it's not healthy, but it's my lifestyle.

One rule for the mods one for everyone else. you should know that by now!

Naa jokes but like the word was self censored so meh.

Besides, its not a hard and fast rule, but theres no need for every other word in a sentance to be a profanity. :)
